The Partners:

Rita Reneaux brings over 27 years of in-depth experience as a management consultant, course leader and relationship expert. Her education in Social Work and Psychology at San Diego State University give her a strong foundation in what it takes to work with people successfully. However, it was managing large departments and regional offices of a global and training and development firm that honed her specialty in coaching and developing effective partnerships at home, at work and in the community.

In 1990 Rita started her own consulting firm specializing in one on one and small group and team coaching, causing breakthroughs in the way partners related, so that they were powerfully enabled to handle problems, issues and breakdowns. Her work continues to provide executives access to their inherent capacities to communicate effectively, take responsibility, work collaboratively and fulfill their commitments with passion and satisfaction. She creates a safe environment for people to explore all issues, align on resolutions and objectives and implement plans succesfully and honorably.

Rita has worked with several Fortune 500 companies in High Tech, Communications, Oil Refiners, Real Estate, Chemical, Insurance, Marketing and Manufacturing.

As a relationship coach. Rita is known for her unique ability to be both straight forward and compassionate. An outstanding guide and teacher, she trusts people’s inherent ability to express their heart and spirit in the way they relate. At the same time, she takes the mystery out of how to relate successfully and brings ease, safety and warmth to the whole arena. Her refreshing and loving approach to relationships gives others renewed joy and connectedness in their lives.

She is a mentor for Empowering Women as Leaders, a non profit organization that provides scholarships to non-traditional aged women to attend college. She is a member of the Sierra Club and Noetic Sciences. She has been married 29+ years, has two grown daughters, four grandchildren, and one great-granddaughter.

Paul Douglas brings a deep background in the technology of personal and organizational transformation. In addition to his own personal success in starting and building his own businesses, Paul’s diversity is complimented by 25 years experience in the design, leading, and training of leaders in transformational work at the community level; leading seminars and workshops, on relationship, commitment, leadership, high performance, and creativity.

Earlier career business success included upper level management in the Computer industry, where he was responsible for staff training and development and line accountabilities in the areas of international and domestic product distribution, facilities management and corporate security. His work has taken him from working as a consultant with start up and mid size business, to participating in the development and delivery of leadership training programs for upper level managers in national companies.

He brings authenticity, responsibility and fun to every endeavor. He is uniquely qualified to guide people to the power of their inherent gifts and talents. He is superb at listening, coaching, and grounding people in the fundamentals of being powerfully related. He leaves everyone inspired and enthused to fulfill on the possibility of relating.

Paul is married, and he and his wife Audrey live and play in southern Florida, as he continues to design, and lead consciousness raising programs.
